Synopsis
"Wiki Tools" is an innovative corporate web series created for BNL BNP Paribas to drive the digital adoption of internal tools. Moving away from traditional tutorials, the series uses a branded fiction format set directly within the bank's offices. The narrative features real bank employees instead of professional actors, making the stories authentic and highly relatable for the entire corporate population.

Project Objective
The goal was to humanize the digital transformation process. By showcasing real colleagues dealing with everyday professional challenges, the series aimed to dismantle psychological resistance to new technologies and foster a sense of community and shared learning within the bank.

Creative & Technical Challenges
Directing Non-Actors: The greatest challenge was coaching real employees—who had no previous acting experience—to deliver natural, engaging, and ironic performances.
On-Site Production: Filming entirely within active BNL offices required high adaptability to ensure cinematic quality while respecting the bank's daily operations and security protocols.
The "Edutainment" Balance: Integrating technical instructions into a comedic narrative, ensuring the educational message remained clear through the situational irony.

Solution / Approach
My approach relied on empathy and improvisation coaching: I worked closely with the employees to translate their real-world office experiences into scripted moments, ensuring their personalities shone through. This made the "Wiki" tool feel like a natural solution to their actual daily hurdles.
